Introduction
Virtually Noise & Vibration Free Pile Pressing Machine. The development of hydraulically - powered, static-load sheet pile pressing equipment in response to severe constructional and environmental problems in high-density inner city areas of Japan provides a very quiet method entirely free from vibration. Since we introduced the Kowan Still Worker into Europe in 1990, we have successfully completed over 750 contracts in Germany, France, Benelux, Switzerland, Denmark, Italy and throughout the UK.
Still Worker ZU-100 (pictured above)
Still Worker ZU-100 can Press-in both Z Piles and U Piles simply by exchanging the clamps.
Z pile range: 575mm to 700mm.
U pile range: 700mm to 750mm.
Still Worker WP-100 andWP-150
Still Worker WP100 and WP-150 can press 400mm, 500mm and 600mm wide U Piles.
Still Worker WP-150P, WP-150PII and WP-150PIII
The Still Worker WP-150P and WP-150PIII can install 800mm 0/D, 900mm 0/D and 1000mm 0/D interlocking tubular piles. The WP-150PII can install 600mm 0/D and 700mm 0/D interlocking tubular piles.
Still Worker PZ-1200
The Still Worker PZ-1200 can install 1000mm 0/D, 1100mm 0/D and 1200mm 0/D tubular piles.
Still Worker Auger Crush WP-100AC
Still Worker Auger Crush WP-100AC can press 400mm, 500mm and 600mm wide U Piles.
