Watson & Hillhouse has, for many years, sent young engineers on leadership skills courses run by the Rotary Club. The course includes presentations, activities, and workshops that cover a variety of topics including: leadership fundamentals and ethics, communication skills, problem solving and conflict management, and community and global citizenship.
Having passed the course students attend a reunion where they present, to other attendees, how the course has helped them. Pictured here are the two Joes who attended with their partners and our Operations Director, Paul Lee with his wife.
