Apprenticeships
Watson & Hillhouse has a long tradition of supporting apprenticeships and 30% of today’s employees undertook a Watson & Hillhouse apprenticeship.
Apprenticeships are undertaken partly on site and partly at a centre for further education and we try to ensure every aspect of the business is understood. Once the apprenticeship stage is completed, and the relevant qualifications are obtained, the training continues to ensure that developments in technology and within the industry are recognised.
Progression through the ranks at Watson & Hillhouse is encouraged, indeed most of the management positions are filled by former apprentices.
