The standards, which define the acceptable limits for exhaust emissions, were introduced to protect human health and the environment and affects new non road engines from 2014.
The new HP260 power pack was supplied with a BSP CG300 hydraulic drop hammer. The engine has a DPF fitted which reduces particulates, and uses AdBlue® which is injected into the exhaust flow to reduce the nitrous oxide emissions.
We will also take delivery, in July, of our second power pack with a stage IV engine. The power pack, a model TE200C4, will come with a new Still Worker model WP-150.
