About BSP – Hydraulic Drop Hammer (SL)
The SL range of piling hammers are designed for driving sheet piles and small bearing piles of concrete, steel or timber and is suited to cohesive soils, very dense granular soils and soft rock.
They can be configured for operation from a piling mast or crane suspended and are designed for driving piles with ultimate load bearing up to 1800kN depending on site conditions.
The low hook weight, and relatively small hydraulic power required to operate, make these hammers an economical option for the construction of pile walls, cofferdams and temporary earthworks.
