One of our customers was having trouble extracting some existing concrete piles.  They asked us if we could help and we were only too happy to.

The 18 metre long cast in-situ concrete piles would normally be crushed.  However, the top 11 metres had a metal casing which meant this could not be done in this instance.  How to remove them?

We designed and fabricated metal tangs which were welded onto the existing metal casing.  A PVE 40VM crane suspended vibratory hammer was then used to successfully extract the piles.

The customer called hire desk controller, Scott, to say they were ‘absolutely over the moon’ with the solution.
